New member and first cycle
Hello, I'm 27 160lbs. I've been weightlifting for about 4 months now Monday-Thursday and sometimes on Saturday. Monday I'm going to be starting my first cycle of test prop and anavar oral. What's the recommend dosage of each and how long? When should I start my pct and which pct should I do? Please help me out

Four months isn't enough time for tendons to grow and strengthen. Anabolic agents will not promote the growth of connective tissue and you risk significant injury. It's best to commit to 2 years of training 3-5 days a week and a solid nutrition plan. You will achieve a lot of success just committing to diet and exercise for two years.
There are NO short cuts.

What kind of injury will I run into if I go ahead with the cycle?

Potential erectile distinction for the rest of your life, risk of being stuck on testosterone replacement therapy, torn ligaments plenty of others.

Well that kinda changes things a bit. but isn't that what pct's are for? To return testosterone to normal and not to lose what u gain off the cycle?

Look up on youtube some of the videos of people who tear muscles or ligaments, or even have tendons detach from the bone at the insertion point.
What these guys are saying is you need to build up your connective tissues by lifting for several years so they can take the strain of rapidly increasing the amount of stress the extra weight you'll be lifting on aas will put on tendons and ligaments.

You need to learn how to eat. A cycle is not going to do anything for you unless you do. And spend more quality time in the gym.

Youre too skinny to cycle. You have no foundation or muscle base for new muscle tissue to grow. In fact you are so far away form your genetic potential that you will likely lose most, if not all, of your gains and your hard earned money if you cycle prematurely.
Head over to the Nutritional Forum and learn how to eat so you can pack on some clean weight first. Thats my best advice for you.

This isn't rejection it's good advice to a new member. I don't like the truth all of the time either. AAS comes with risks, the biggest one of which that might concern you is that you will definitely loose any gains you make and end up looking like a fat old Schwarzeneger a few months after your cycle. Part of the benefits of waiting and lifting are that you will learn about your body and what works for you, about lifting and about dieting. Without that knowledge you will end up with a worse physical appearance than what you started with. For example, on the show, "

As they learn we see their bodies displaying the knowledge that they are getting. They aren't getting skinnier so much as they are getting smarter. Be smart and everything else will follow.

The biggest loser is the total opposite of what I have to do. They have weight to turn into muscle. It's hard for me to gain any weight. Believe me, I've been trying for almost 10 years. I've ate unhealthy and healthy and still no weight gains. I feel after 10 years of the same weight this is my only option left. Yea I might get injured but that's the chances I have to take. I really appreciate everyone's advice, but at this moment I feel this is my only option to gain weight and muscle.
