Hi, I'm new here.
Hey everyone, title says it all, I'm new here. I've visited other sites including this forum many times in the last two years, and I was was truly lost, at first. Now i have solid routines, exercise variety, a stronger focus, power lifting days, leg days, dieting knowledge, PCT knowledge. i've got 1 bottle of Trendione and Methylstenbolone (Trenavar and ultradrol) 60 capsules
1 bottle bottle of clomid
1 bottle of Nolvadex
1 bottle of aromasin
3 bottles of liver juice-liqua vade
multi vitamins,
vitamin d and k
vitamin b-6
vitamin c
niacin
betaine HCL
fish oil
Red yeast rice
hawthorne berry
and a lot of other supps.
i still need to get some taurine, BCAA and something to help me sleep deeply.
i'm also going to buy water by the gallon, so i can keep track of what i drink daily.
i'm taking 30 days off of work, so i can focus on nothing but this.
i'll be eating tons of eggs, fish, mucho-vegetables, rolled oats, drinking Pineapple juice.
i'll be using the twice-a-day routines in my book as well as a variety of whatever i feel partial too.

Thanks! glad I introduced myself! wow, i see they're people from all over the world! atMickeyKnox: that's a huge number of posts! I've never used AR-R . ... I'm here to talk about AAS. I don't see a need for me to ask questions when i don't know that much about the Game of Big Gains. I think i'm just going to create a log of my next cycle, for others. again thanks

That's good to go. i've been doing more reading since i've become a member and that's a real good thing. Thanks! progesterone! is nothing to mess around with! [i just went through a break-up because i was sick of a girl-friend. not sure if i'm just enjoying being alone, or i'm feeling unmotivated. it's the first weekend in months that we aren't hanging out, or i'm not volunteering for some charity...] slimming down and cardio are major priorities for me, before my next cycle. for a test in April, I have to run 3 miles in 18 minutes for a perfect score. my last score was 23:33. today i'm going to go heavy with low reps for an entire whole body routine because i've been doing a lot of high volume average weight stuff. i need to eat more, since i've lost 5-8lbs within a span of a month. [i'll find a new mo betta woman-glad to be alone finally!]
