new and doing my homework

hi, am doing my home work thinking of a boost after a number of injuries.
age 31 hight 5,8 weight 14 stone
i have lost lot of my gains after being out for 9 months. started back dec and dropped loads of body fat and kept at same weight still not showing good definition in that area

injuries was broken ankle, and back pain after fall from ladder at work.
got loads of questions so should hope to ear from you in the forum.
scared of injection don't know how to do it so looking at orals.
looking at best beginners cycle and were best to buy, at the moment not saying will go ahead its a big step if you don't have a clue and i think if you don't know 100% don't do it!

welcome. just a question did you read the important messages at the top of the post page? your new here thats why I ask... you not allowed to ask things like where do get or much is cause this is not that kind of place... folks are usually helpful with information but like Mickey said AAS Q&A is a better place for questions about cycle info and nutrition a better place to start yet. Other than where to or how much most things will be addressed if you are patient and did a little looking first. Try reading the Important posts in red at the top of each forum 1st you may find often asked questions there along with do's and don't to help you abide the protocols of the board. Good Luck man.
