    need some help

    Hello my name is James and I’m 27 6’1 about 240 and around 15-20% BF. I work out 5 days a week and eat clean 85% of the time. I can’t seem to get rid of the fat around my belly and torso area. I’m thing about doing a cutting cycle but not too sure what to do. Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Thanks for your time

    Post your diet in the nutrition forum. Once we see where the nutrition problems are we can figure out the best way to help.

    In pretty strict paleo but in the morning I have some oat meal. And sometimes on the weekends I cheat and drink

    List everything you eat in a typical day. It sounds like step 1 is getting your nutrition on track. That is absolutely essential.
