New member, looking to forget all my habits and learn from the bottom up.
Hey guys my name is Paul. Im 24 years old and i live in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
I have some experience recreationally weightlifting and have dabbled with AAS in the past, but due to extenuating circumstances i never kept it up. I am currently very out of shape and unhappy with the state of my fitness but i am hoping that a couple of you guys could help me out.
I have a gym pass and have decided i'm ready to actually go to the gym at least 3-6 days a week as my schedule allows. My current weight is 215 lbs and my height is 5'11. Im not sure of what the best way to determine my BF % is but i will add that in the near future.
