Hi Everyone
Hi All,
New member of the site, but I have been lurking for a few months before joining.
About me: M, 29, 195#, 12% BF, training 5-6 days a week.
Training: Monday - Squat / Shoulder press / accessory work (hams, calves, triceps, delta)
Tuesday - Deadlift / Snatch / Cleans/ accessory (biceps, low back, traps)
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Squat / Bench / accessory (hams, calves, triceps)
Friday - Snatch / Cleans / accessory (biceps, low back, traps)
Saturday - Sport specific training (Firefit)
Sunday - Sport spceific training, or low intensity cardio.
Goals: To set a Department record in Firefit obstacle course.
If you dont know what Firefit is it is all over youtube. I cannot post links as I am a newbie to the forums and dont have that privilege yet.
