Noob, need some tips
Hi, im planning on getting back into shape and doing some cycles in the future, im just looking for some opinions from people with experience
Im 24
Height 6’5” 195cm
Weight 307lb 139kg
Body fat percentage 34%
2.5 years ago i was at 226lbs same height and over this period gained the weight from switching jobs from construction to driving job. Living in hotels and eating fast food.... I started working contruction again doing heavy labour and my weight already dropped by 30lbs (13.5kg) but my progress has stopped. In a few weeks I’m starting a new job that won’t be as labour intensive but i started going to go to the gym once or twice a day. My plans for the beginning are to take ripped freak for the first 2 months and then possibly start a cycle of clen , prop, winny etc. Im not exactly sure which route would be the best way to go so i was hoping to get some insight from the pros. thanks
