    Cool JUST JOINED!! Need help and will Help!

    Hi everyone.!

    I like to welcome myself to this site!.

    Little bit about myself I work away 2 weeks on 2 weeks off underground sparky.

    have not hit gym for bout 3 years and just brought a home gym setup to get me back into shape and will be bulking back into the game!

    Currently 25, 75kg roughly 15% body fat (in need of some muscle)

    Look forward to getting help when i need and ill be offering my help when others need! thanks once again !
