    newbie help

    hi guys, I was hoping for someone to help me tighten up my 2nd cycle. I have everything listed below on hand and appreciate it if someone would make some suggestions on how to run it! I was thinking of a 12 week cycle, 1st week 500mg of test, then adding the tren m.w.f. my current stats are 32y.o. 5'8.5, 208, 16-19% b.f.
    25-30 ml Test cyp. 250mg
    20ml Tren acetate
    10ml Tren depot
    2 vials of hcg
    clomid
    nolvadex
    arimidex
