    New Member saying hello

    Hey everyone, just joined the forum today. I am a 37 year old man, 280lbs, 5'10". Just looking for some tips as i am making a transformation in my life. I have started to go regularly to the gym, mostly working on cardio. I am eating healthy and staying away from crappy foods that i used to enjoy. Anyways just saying hello.
