    Hello, new to the scene looking for help

    hey everyone, iv been working out now for about a year and i would like to try out a cycle. Im not tryin to get massive or anything I just want to get some more size but ultimately cut down a lot. Any insight would be apreciated, thanks.

    Welcome, here is a link to some useful reading material. Educate yourself a bit. At 22 you wont get much support in favor of a cycle. It's recommended that waiting until 25 or older is the route to take. Like i said though, read through everything in that link and make an educated decision
