Check my 1st Cycle.
Hey guys new member, and will be my first cycle. been lifting for 3 years, 21 yrs old, BF 14-16%, Wt. 185-188.
So this my first cycle and would like to double check that everything looks good to other experienced member.
Test E 500 mgs (250 x2) - Weeks 1-12
Anavar 60 mg ED - Weeks 1-5 & Weeks 12-14
HCG 500 ius (250 x 2) - Weeks 4-14
Adex .5 mg EOD - Weeks 1-14
NAC Liver Support throughout cycle.
PCT:
2 1/2 weeks after last pin.
Clomid (50/50/50/50)
Nolva (40/40/20/20)
Everything looks good? My pic is also there to view.. wondering if my BF% is okay.

AAS use for anyone under 25 years old is not recommended, due to the fact that your endocrine system is still developing.. and messing that up at your age is something that you don't wanna do...
not only that but you can still make gains without AAS at your stage...
as for the cycle, i would drop the var.

Yeah not sure about the var either. Thinking of saving it for a cutting cycle.
I know I'm young, but my gains are ridiculously slow for the amt of effort I put into it. My diet has been in check and as you can tell.. do I even lift... lol

post your diet up in the nutrition section for critique
eat more food, lift heavier weights.

dude, it's not about how fast your gaining or not gaining, it's about looking after your body and your health, that should be your main concern....
steroids will still be around in a few years, i guarantee it.

You aren't gaining because you aren't eating. Steroids will not fix this. Post your cycle in the Q&A section where you will get more feedback.
List everything you plan on eating daily, your TDEE, your macros, and the total intake above your TDEE daily. If you don't know this, you won't gain, not even with steroids.

Guys I really take pride in my nutritional knowledge, I've been able to guide people to achieve their goals, by calculating their macros and changing them when necessary. But when it comes to myself, any kind of bulk leads to fat gain and little muscle. I've tried low carb high fats bulking with 300-500 cal surplus and still gain mostly fat. I'm just frustrated by the amount of theoretical knowledge I have that I can't put into personal practice.
