    The harsh return

    Hi all.

Looking to get some feedback/advise on my cycle. I've been out of the game for 3 years due to life and have put on significant BF. Im 26 5'8 height currently 230lbs from 240lbs 3 weeks ago, was originally 180lbs with low BF.

I'm looking find advise on weather or not I should hold off on gear until I drop more weight. I've got several peoples option on this and figure i go to the pros. Should I start gear now (cutting cycle) after only a month of training if so what are good cycles I can run? Should I cut more weight and if so what's a good BF before start cycling?

Welcome aboard. Just my 2 cents, I would wait. You've got a great start for the first three weeks. FYI, I was in a similar situation 4 years ago. It took me several months to trim down but I dropped 40 lbs. I did it through nutrition, lots of cardio, and workouts with the major muscle groups (legs, chest, back). Best of luck!

Thanks for the tips. I've collected the same advise over the past few days. It will be worth the wait.
