    I am new to steroids...

    I have just begun my first cycle but only decided to research it now. My friend suggested and produced for me: 1ml sustanon + .5 ml deca twice weekly. Does this make sense. How soon should I feel the effects and how soon should I see the effects. Thank you.

    You'll want to post your stats (age, ht, wt, %bf), training background, and if you post proposed diet, TimeRoman will probably jump in with some great advice. Most, me included, believe that first couple of cycles should be testosterone only, with a proper AI, hCG and PCT.
