    Dane from Sydney

    Hey, my name's Dane, I live in Sydney, Australia. I'm 23 and I'd say I'm between a mesomorph and an ectomorph. I have a mild scoliosis but it doesn't really have any impact on my back training, if anything back training seems to make me feel better.

    I came to this forum because I am hoping to talk to people with some answers to a few of my questions.
