    Hello!!

    Hi everyone. I am 40 yrs young and want to look and feel better. I am married with 3 kids. My oldest is 17 and wants me to hit the weights with him. I am looking to hang with him and not go hardcore. I am looking forward to the wealth of knowledge that is here. Thank u for accepting me to this forum.
