    hello from qld!!

    Hey guys,

    I'm Brett from qld Australia, I'm 22 and 5 11" weighing around the 180pds. Have been training ever since high school and have been really make a huge effort in the gym and also with diet, currently have dieted to get from 98kgs down to 81-82kg. Feeling way more confident and happy all round. Looking to move to.the next step as I feel I have a good base to.start from. Keen to take in all advice and eventually start my first cycle.

    Thanks guys, much appreciated. Have completed a clen cycle before while I dropped all that weight. Was a good experience, very keen to get advice on my first cycle so will be posting what I have plans and any advice would be appreciated. Cheers guys
