    Hello everyone

    Hi folks,

    age: 36
    weight: 160lb
    height: 5'4
    Hair: lots
    eyesight: good

    I just decided to get myself back in the gym after 5 years out (was on and off during that period). I initially start road cycling to lose some timber. my bf is probably 16% - I'll get it checked again soon.
