    40 and I feel like a newbie

    Hey everyone,
    5'10" 185lbs. Turned 40 last year and hit the gym hard with my son (14). I'm Canadian and am on a Canadian forum as well. love the info here though. Not sure where my journey into gear will go as I haven't cycled since the early 90s! Don't plan to tell my son this is just for me. His test levels are fine!!
