    New here

    My name is Kevin. I'm 42, lifting regularly and looking to go beyond creatine. I live in NJ, work in Manhattan.

    I am:
    6' tall
    180 lbs.
    20% body fat

    Looking to educate myself and see what are the best next steps for me. I want to build some size and strength and get body fat down.

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated...
