    hi everyone

    Im 24 years old hvac tech. I've got 3 years lifting experience. I'm also taking the NASM CPT course now! I'm here to learn and maybe make so friends brothers in iron!

    Myfitness pal has been an awesome app that I highly recommend but recently I'm eating 5-6k calories a day mostly carbs and I cannot grow
