Just Joined
Hi all,
just found this site through google ,I am 49 years old but dont feel it ,currently only train 2 days a week due to work commitments but do mainly compound movements. Strange but my strength is in excess of my size if that makes sense,although I am 224 and do need to lose some fat!. I do suffer from low test and would welcome any advice on this,think this is due to naively being on a stack for waaaay too long when younger and didnt take anything to kick start my own production afterwards.

And yes visit the HRT Forum and make particular note of the sticky Kelkel has created entitled, "Finding a TRT Physician." Inside you will find a comprehensive blood panel that is highly recommended to provide a complete snapshot of your hormones. Then you can proceed from there.

I couldn't agree more. TRT has been a life saver for me and I could never go back to life before TRT. as mentioned get full blood panels draw. And start from there. Post the results on here and the knowledgable members will be able to help you decide on your next options.
