    Hello

    Hi,

    So this is my first post and I would like to start off by introducing myself. My mother was a competitive bodybuilder and this past year I got in the sport and thoroughly enjoy it!

    I competed naturally at 163.5 this past year and am looking to compete as a middle weight this year. This will be my first time besides the first prep really committing my self to a meal/diet plan for an extended period of time.

    Because I will be starting full time work this summer, I am looking to do everything in my power to make this upcoming competition my best. It will be about 2 years until work will slow down for me and I will be able to commit the time it takes to compete. So this upcoming show will not be natural.
