    Hey!

    I'm new to the forum. I'm a 23 year old male. 6 ft 185lbs 8-10%bf. I hope to learn here and share my experience. Ive been in the gym for 6 years, but haven't always had the goal of getting shredded. I originally started out as a runner turned lifter and now am working towards a goal of peaking around 210lbs and 8% body fat. Thanks
