    New to town

    36 years young. 225 lbs 16-18% bf (ya I know working on that). 2 years ago I started training as a stress relief. Now I'm hooked. I've read lots of great info on this site (and some crap) and finally decided it was time to get in on the action here and get some answers from the vets.
