Hello.
Hi guys my name is Spence and I am new to the site.
Quick bit about me, Im 24, 5ft10 and around 96kgs approx 22 %bf
Im looking to drop my body fat drastically. Ive just started lifting again and struggling for motivation for both training and eating clean. Any advice?
Im also very keen to run a cycle when the time is right.
I have a few questions if anyone could help would be great.
1. What is the best amount of body fat to have to start a cycle.
2. Best way to train to drop BF
3. Any diet tips.
4. Anyone recommend a fat burner?
Sorry to bombard you with all these questions

*15% BF or less IMO
*its about diet 90% and working out 10% for fatloss IMO. but i rec researching "carb cycling for fatloss"
*diet tip: 80% veggies, no pops or sugar drinks, high protein, med fat , med-lower carbs
* welcome! : )
PS. dont look to fat burners unless diet is dialed in or it will be a bit pointless
