    Need some knowledge!

    I was looking to begin a 6 week cycle of Dianabol . What i've been thinking of taking is 20mg/day plus Arimidex to help prevent unwanted side affects. What PCT should I do so I can keep most of my gains? Any knowledge you can share would be helpful!

    Stats:
    Height: 5'11''
    Weight: 217
    I am already pretty built but i'm looking to get in shape and lose a little fat and gain a little muscle.
