I have been reading from this forum for nearly 2 years before I registered late last year, thanks very much for all the info
I've just turn 34, have been lifting since 30 started from working out 6 days but back down to 4 now(maybe getting old can't recovery the next day) 1.5 hours weight and 30mins cardio never skip workout never skip cardio. thinking about doing my first cycle mid this year. In the main time I'll just keep reading and educate myself
