    New to it all, all but training and dieting

    Hello all, my name is Josh, I am 5'7", sitting at 170lbs and looking to begin my first cycle. A little about me, I am 29 years old and have been training for about six years. I started this journey at a small, scrawny weight of 120lbs, guess I was built like a runner, lol. As you can see, I have put in a lot of time and patience to develop my physique as much as I can before even begining to look towards starting my first cycle. I believe I am at that point now. I look forward to learning from the wealth of experience that this forumn consists of. I will be looking for some suggestions on a cycle but that is for a different thread. Thanks for having me!!
