new member
just turned 50 just starting to get back in the gym. dr been on my case to loose some weight. i'm 5'6" at 25 i was 225 with a 5% bf now still 225, but with a 40% bf. any suggestions

Well read read read there's tons of info I could drone on for days but I'll let you do your own reasearch..go to the diet section and read the stickeys and get on your diet and training and at your age hrt might be a option worth looking into there's plenty of guys on the board that could help you out if that's a viable option for you..I wish you the best
