I guess ill start off with a little background about myself Combat veteran, US Army. While in and my first year out (2014) i was 190 12% body fat. Gained massive amounts of weight between then and now. im at 250 lbs. i roughly started my road to working out and body building after my first year in the army (2010) i fucked up and ate like a pig lol now looking to lean down. beginner when it comes to cycles and what to take to get the best results. ive incorporated better eating habits. ive been on 1900 calorie diet for the past 2 weeks, 240 protein, 160 carbs and 90 fat. now i want to take it to the next level.



so far as my research goes ive looked into anavar and test. but i need more guidance as to how much to exactly take per each, what i need for post cycle and good reliable source. if anyone has more knowledge on this. it would be much appreciated.
