Hey guys, novice/intermediate lifter here. Been lifting since my freshman year of high school but have always been in a caloric deficit (I think I may have had a bit of an eating disorder looking back at it). Total form-nazi but the weight I push isn't too impressive.

Age: 19
Weight: 160 (around 11%ish)
Height: 6'0"

Lifts:

Bench - 155 x 5
Squat - 225 x 5
DL - 185 x 10 (weak lower back and slight scoliosis, not a fan)

I'm intrigued with the idea of PEDs but have no intention to experiment with them until I'm at least 25 so I don't fuck up my endocrine system. Longevity and having kids are quite important to me.

That being said, I find these forums to be immensely helpful when it comes to the scientific side of fitness and most importantly nutrition.

My end goal is to be around 190-195 8-10% bf in a few years.

My realistic short term goal though is to be around 170-175 8-10% bf by the end of 2017.
