I’m new to everything
Hello everyone!! I’ve never used performance enhancers, but I’m 30 years old, 192 lbs and a medium build.
I’ve been reading through a few threads but the plethora of information is a bit overwhelming and confusing.
I want to bulk, but I don’t want to retain too much or excess water.
I’m not sure what the ideal products would be and what I should be taking with them. I read something about taking something to counteract the low sex drive that may occur or to balance it out.
Other than that I’d like to start a test cycle. My diet is fairly lean.
I do tons of cardio in the form of basketball. I lost 140lbs in a year in a half, with a combination of cardio and weight lifting, but want to definitely fill in much more. I understand to bulk I’d have to greatly reduce the amount of cardio I’m doing as I’m burning off too much calories.
I have a goodidea of why I need to eat and diet as I’ve gone through natural bulking diets before. But this is all new to me and don’t want to make a mistake.

Well reading that I guess I should correct my statement to stating that I understand your body needs water in order to function, build and recover, but I was referring to certain products that may increase water retention drastically and/or abnormally.

Newbi bulktips:
High rep, mod weigth.
Eat more complex carbs, rice, pasta, oatmeal and sweet potatoes.
A gallion of water each day.
Stay away from powders.
Dont fill u up with too much veggies.
One teaspoon of superfoods migth cut it.
At least 250 gs of protein from beef, milk, eggs, fish, chicken.
Simple, all u need.
Extra hormones and/or drugs are just a polish and wont do shit if you focus on them too much.

Welcome bro! I am new here also but have been on GH 2-4iu's 5 days a week for almost 6 months. I am loving the results so far! Much leaner and stronger. Considering mxing in some test.
