    Just an old dog looking to learn some new tricks

    Hello Im a 43 year old male brand new to the online forum thing but just been running the same regimen and gear since college. Im in the South and never strived for any bodybuilding competitions but have always prided myself in keeping my body in great shape and just being healthy overall. Ive heard that I can gain alot of knowledge from people on here . I always lived with the belief of trying to gain a little something of any input no matter what it may be and try to learn from it so im gonna give it at try. If i can learn 1 thing its 1 thing more than i knew.

    One thing a place like this is good for aside form info is accountability.
    If you start a daily log and follow other daily logs, ot makes it near impossible to not improve and push yourself.

    The way I see life is the more time and thought you put into anything, the better you will become at it and the more the results will show.

    When you spend every extra moment in study of something, you constantly have it in your mind throughout the day. That starts to influence decision making. Whether it be to eat an extra meal to meet you growth needs or to avoid a candy bar, it affects you.
