New member introduction
Hello everybody, I’m new here and want to introduce myself. I have been working out for 14 years and looking to finally hop on gear after doing quite a bit of research.
My stats are 5’8” 175 lbs about 15 percent body fat. My goals are to do one cycle for now and go from there as to if I want to do another cycle or not. I know I’ll probably only gain about 10 lbs of muscle at the most from it but that’s fine with me.
I’m good on everything other than PCT has been a bit confusing but I think I’ve settled on just doing Nolva 40402020 after my 12 week 400mg cycle. I’m up in air about if I want to do HCG or not for that two weeks after the cycle. A.I. was a bit confusing as well but I’ve settled on having Aromasin on hand in case estro acts up. I am also going to do blood work before, mid, and 3 weeks after cycle.

Welcome.
You're not going to gain 10 pounds of muscle from 1 cycle.
Can you help us with age/diet/goals.....

Sorry I forgot to put age in there I’m a male 33. My goal is to gain a bit more muscle and vascularity and see how I like and my body agrees with the whole taking test and pct process.
I’m not expecting to gain a ton of muscle even if I just gain a couple pounds out of it it’s fine. If I find that being on test makes me feel good and work out harder than I will run a few cycles.
The biggest thing I’m worried about is the moodyness you get from your estrogen getting higher and of course gyno.
My diet is good I hit my macros. I could concentrate on more meat, as I do a lot of egg whites and turkey burgers hamburger patty, protein bars whey protein. I plan on being in a high calorie surplus on cycle to gain as much muscle as possible I am currently cutting a bit to accommodate for that and to lower risk of e2 issues.

OK, a few observations: gianing more muscle is going to come (in part) from a caloric surplus BEFORE starting the juice. Diet is 85% of our goals.
I always advise starting an AI from Day 1, some guys like to wait and see (which is fine as well) have your AI on hand in case it's needed on the fly.
AI is what you use to combat high E.
Other concerns: always monitor your blood pressure. Always monitor you digestion. Always get adaquate (8 hours per night) of sleep.
