    Licence plates on Bicycles????

    Ken Livingston (Transport secratary) wants Licence plates to be put on Bicycles in the UK so that law breakers can be tracked down easy.

    What a loser, That tosser wants something to do! Get a fvcking life man!!!

    What an excellent idea!

    Why not take it a bit further, demand license plate on pedestrians as well, hell, why not demand tattoos with social security numbers on everyones foreheads?
