Jesus camp
Has anyone seen anything about this. I saw a little on the news last night. There is a documentary coming out this week.
It looks like a pretty scary thing. It looks just like when when the news shows young Muslims being taught and we say its teaching terrorism. There were kids crying for Jesus. They were teaching them to be warriors for god. Teaching them some fighting.
An interviewer asked a woman who runs Jesus camp about the comparison to other groups. She said want we are doing isn't wrong because we have the right answers.
She was also asked if it was brain washing. She stated every parent brain washes their kid.

that is true, every parent brainwashes thier kids, and they have that right..
It may not be what is good for society, but it is the parents right to teach hate in the name of GOd if they choose..
just an observation..The answer to your every question

I have jewish friends who were sent to jew camp..(haha, sounds bad but i mean a holiday camp for jewish kids) and they actually had a game where a kid would put a turban on and everyone would pretend to beat him up. They didn't realize how f'd up it was til they got older.

seriously guys...how week minded do you think kids are... do you know how many catholic school kids aren't christian now? Just because your parents believe something does not mean you will. I was athiest until i was 22..my parents tried to instill faith in me throughout my childhood. No matter what, you will eventually come into your own. There will always be followers who just accept what they are told and don't question it...but most of us want to know why, and will decide on their own to either accept god or beieve only in themselves.
