North Korean leader "sorry" for nuclear tests

I can't get to the article as I'm at work. It's on Yahoo news.

Is it just me or is this literally like a 9 yr old stomping his foot, screaming and crying, until daddy comes along and really lays into him.

That country is being run by a spoiled brat. Sorry? You're sorry??? This isn't forgetting someone's **ay, it's a NUCLEAR WEAPONS TEST! I really hope they don't give in to him AGAIN. What will stop him next time he throws a tantrum??

    Timeline
    http://www.cbc.ca/news/background/no.../timeline.html

Looking at the timeline you see that in 1994, NK twisted the international community around its finger by promising to abandon the Nuke program in favor of Cash, and other incentive programs. Took the cash and went underground with the Nuke program. So I dont think a visit from anyone would make a difference, except give NK another opportunity to make false promises, and get more freebees.......

I guess China is a lot more interested in American trade, commerce and cash than NK's political ideals...

I'm sure NK will never be a threat, even if they do go full nukular (as dubya says so well)... China will never let them become a "problem".

I agree, that and if China has any clout whatsoever.
