i saw something like this on 20/20 maybe 8-10 years ago. A single white woman picked sperm from a fertility clinic and ended up having a black daughter. She was pretty cool with it and didn't so or anything.

if this story is accurate i think anybody in their right mind would be pissed as hell! forget about the race issue, they're supposed to take the husbands sperm and her egg and make sure the sperm enters the egg. the husband's expecting his own blood relative kid and someone fvcks up and puts some other guys sperm in his wife and now he's forced to raise a kid that's not his. even if they're pieces of shit they deserve a huge settlement, just hope they still take care of the kid and raise it just like their own.

Some of the quotes in the news article it doesn't sound like they will. "Every time we look at her we're reminded of the horrible mistake." Every time they look at her they should be happy they have a healthy child to love.

Most people who can have kids naturally do not spend thousands on a fertility clinics. They do it the old fashion way.

It is possible. It depends on both of their family backgrounds. If both of them have a Black grand parent or someone in their family line it is possible. Darker complexion is a dominate gene.

Blacks and Hispanics are used to the range of color kids can come out due to mixed heritage going back for generations. It's something I don't think Whites are used to. My family is mixed. My brother and I are dark while my sisters range from tan to light skin. My sister's husband is 100% Black. He has fair skin and blue eyes. They have 3 kids. One son with tan skin, green eyes and red curly hair. One daughter my complexion, brown eyes and straight dark hair and one daughter with fair skin, curly blonde hair and blue eyes. When my sister had the blonde the White nurses at the hospital kept checking the baby's name tag to make sure she had the right baby.

Yeah, if the mistake is true they deserve money. But I think she's was screwing some guy and got caught. It'll be a big scandal when he decides to come forward for visitation rights.
