they are legal but at night you cant see in the car. unless im swerving on the road, speeding or causing some other incident i respectfully disagree. catch a drunk driver or prevent a robbery, my legal tints cause no one any harm.

Here in Iowa, tinting that shields the driver's face is Against The Law.....

wouldnt a better reason for pulling over a drunk driver that they are swerving?? why would you want to bust the guy that is one beer over the limit and fine. wouldnt you want to bust the drop dead drunk asshole that swerves all over the place?

Just because a person is swerving doesn't mean they are drunk at all. Could be talking on the phone, elderly, playing with the radio etc..... I have stopped people for only have one working headlight and arrested them for DUI. You NEVER know until you stop them is the point here. I can't just count on a swerving driver to be intoxicated. Would I pull them over, absolutely, is it going to be a drunk, don't know until I investigate further. Remember some people can handle their alcohol better than others. I have seen people who have a B.A.C. of .150 who act and do field sobriety better than people who are .06.
