Obese People Make Global Warming Worse
Washington (eCanadaNow) - According to researchers from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, obesity plays a major role in the growth of global warming.
The World Health Organization has stated that by 2015, there will be 700 million obese people in the world, as of right now there are 400 million.
Researchers stated that obese people are playing a major role in the progression of global warming, as obese people eat more and cause more fuel to be consumed.
They are also more likely to use transportation such as a car or something of that nature, rather than doing physical exercise.
Their increased daily calorie intake impacts not only their stomach, but also the environment in a big way.
Researchers stated that if obesity can be controlled, so can global warming.
^^^Al Gore said he buys calorie credits so it's o.k. for him to be a big fat pig.

All athletes would be worse than obese people I think, most athletic people seem to eat more than most fat people.
The saddest thing is that this piece of garbage study is publised in the lancet

Seems kind of silly to point fingers at that micro level and say that lazy/fat people are worse for the environment.. al gore probably uses as much gas as a small city travelling around the world in his private jet and v8 limos while talking about global warming
