Peace be unto you.
Well, I think that many devout Christians have a tendency to side with the Jews over the Muslims because of their beliefs regarding Armageddon: see this relevant article on Christian Zionism.
the palistines are suppressed from first aid, h2o, food - but they can find things that make rockets??? and not just one but 200 avg a day some time as many as 450??? humm that doesnt make sence... cant find food but can find rockest... i have been around long enough to say that some thing is fishy there
Also, I find your casting doubt on the plight of the Palestinians to be akin to those people who deny the Holocaust. It is similar to when Anti-Semites say "six million Jews? Doesn't seem right to me...that's too many." Or when they say: "The concentration camps weren't that bad..." Or "there were no gas chambers, but rather those were just sprays to clean the air..." And things of that sort. The fact that the Palestinians don't have first aid, food, water, etc. is attested to by the United Nations, human rights organizations (including Israeli ones), and well-known by the international community. Therefore, you have no basis to deny this.
Sorry if that sounds harsh, but I really hope you recant from your view about this.
and what i see is a country that pissed of taking extream measures to eliminate what they see as a threat...
I think that you are right that the Israelis are pissed off: they have been pissed off at the Palestinians since the 1880's when they realized that the Palestinians were living on land bequeathed to the Jews by God. I think the Israelis are pissed off that the Palestinian people exist, and that they won't simply die out.
that being said i am not condoning it, saying it is not one sided(the results are one sided cause israel is so much more powerful)
and all i hear is screw one of the sides not the other... i am hoping people look at the other side
I know you mean well, Amcon--and forgive me if this post sounded harsh--but I am hoping that if I am direct with you that hopefully you will see the light; a form of tough love, if you will.

not harsh at all i know that is you postition:
- jews dont like the christians... we say they missed their coming and that God is using us - gentiles - to make them jealous, and we the church will be beqeithed (sp - meaning pre marriage) to the messiah - i have many more positive interactions with palistinians, they are good people, love their kids and charish their wives for the most part... imo
- my numbers... well i guess that depends on what side you are reading from, cnn has reported several times that 200 was the normal avg. for every article you could show that israel broke the cease fire their is one that points the finger to pal's
- i have not "cast down the plight of the pals" i feel for them, however the only big thing that doesnt make the puzzle work is, lets say one rocket cost 1000 bucks (prob way more) x 200 that is (=) $20,000 a day of food and first aid not used to help them selves... they can find rockest not food
- nope no recanting, both sides are wrong and need to come to some conclusion, and i hope the usa stays wayyyyyyy outtttt of it.
- as for "The pro-Israeli side desperately wants people to think this way..." first, i am not pro anything, my goal is to show the other side... IF people are to keep info "well informed", other wise a person would be only showing half of the info, and those people would be guilty of what the use media is know for (and that is not fair)... if israel is found to have done some crime then let them rott!!! (i did not say they did a crime or did not... that is not for me to decied) and if they are thought to be doing something wrong then why hasnt the un and europe and usa and others not stepped in??? really, they are the ones who know what the real deal is... i hope at least? i/we/you have nothing else to put our faith in... besides God. and look when israel is tried and found guilty i will be the first to congradualte you on your vision (though be it one sided at this point).
- dude if that were me and i was a palistine refuge i would not know what to do if you fight back you loose no question, if you dont fight back i looks like your out of luck any ways - so they are damned if they do and damned if they dont... sucks, sucks in a real in human way...
- i really do appriciate what you are doing, and who knows??? i do know one thing (imo) the truth is some where between here and there... lets pray the least amount of people die untill we trully find out. and if the usa does step in lets pray they come to a good conculsion(i hope the usa starts focusing on the usa first and closes its door to over seas affairs)
love back at you bro (no sarcasim ment - i mean that)
lets take a minute to pray for each sideLast edited by amcon; 01-20-2009 at 12:39 AM.

Peace be unto you, Amcon.
First, I want to thank you for your good manners and softness. I really appreciate it. It is very commendable.
The idea that Hamas is firing 200 rockets per day is simply not true. This is not something that is up for dispute. According to the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, there were only an average of 4 rocket attacks per day for the year of 2008. During the ceasefire, there were ZERO Hamas rockets fired. Even after Israel broke its word and violated the ceasefire, there were only on average 4 rockets fired per day after that. What I am telling you is straight from the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs! Here is the source:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:MonthlyRocketHits.svg
And from the Isreali government website itself:
http://www.mfa.gov.il/MFA/Terrorism-...s+Aug+2007.htm
So your numbers are wayyy off, and there no dispute on this. I have provided you statistics from the Israeli government itself, and if you cannot accept this as a proof, then I do not know what else I can do.
And most importantly, the idea that Israel raided Gaza simply to stop the rocket attacks is patently false, and there is no leg to stand upon to claim this. The reason is that the rocket attacks stopped altogether when they brokered a ceasefire with Hamas. This is a very important lesson for Israel *and* America: the proper way towards achieving safety and peace for your citizens is NOT to invade other countries, but rather it is to live in peace with your neighbors.
for every article you could show that israel broke the cease fire their is one that points the finger to pal's
i have not "cast down the plight of the pals" i feel for them, however the only big thing that doesnt make the puzzle work is, lets say one rocket cost 1000 bucks (prob way more) x 200 that is (=) $20,000 a day of food and first aid not used to help them selves... they can find rockest not food
So their largest rocket is up to $600. Let's say that the average rocket then is about $400. They fire four rockets per day on average, which means $1,600 per day. Wow, $1,600 of food for millions of Palestinians! If only Hamas didn't fire those rockets, then all of Gaza could be fed. [/sarcasm]
Again, it's just that your numbers are wayyy off.
- nope no recanting, both sides are wrong and need to come to some conclusion,
(i hope the usa starts focusing on the usa first and closes its door to over seas affairs)
love back at you bro (no sarcasim ment - i mean that)
lets take a minute to pray for each side
May God guide both you and I to the straight path.
