Amazing character and career, his music, the 3 ring circus that was his life was great.
Not to dance on his grave but...he touched some children.
I'm glad he didn't die until he had slipped into obscurity for the most part.

i heard that since most of his body was plastic they decided to melt him down and turn him into leggos so that little kids can finally play with him for a change.

$300 million to charities? Where is my money?Who really knows what really happened to him.In my book, it's all hearsay.I knew something was up when he started all the plastic surgery.Great artist, but fell of the reality wagon at some point.

Heard today on fox that he got hooked on painkillers after his hair caught on fire while doing a pepsi commercial. His family said he was never the same and that it was the begging of his down hill spiral

^ Yes heard that too but all of this will come out in the wash in time and most of the questions will be answered evenually; some will not but most will and then we can lay this subject to rest.

A lot of the reason he changed his appearance was his Dad who constantly called him ugly throughout his childhood. If you check out Joe Jackson, the guy was a total bastard to his kids.
And the reason he dyed his skin, was because he had that skin disorder that would have left him with sporadic patches over his face and body.
Im not surprised he fell off the reality wagon a long time ago. His Dad coupled with working full-time from teh age of five, media harrassment, parasites wanting a piece of him all the time...im surprised the guy didnt put a gun to his head.

There are many dubious things about Jacksons life that no one will get any answers on. The whole thing surrounding him and kids, I don't buy for one second he was a paedophile and while im no criminologist, he just doesn't seem to fit the type. He has kids of his own. As for the whole dying his skin white because of a skin disorder...im not sure about that. Why he did it, im not too sure about but he was big on equal rights. I think it's safe to say though that reality was his fairytale and show business and the media turned his life into a circus.

I saw a documentary on the whole children touching thing. It was very well done and they had interviews with all the police on the case.
For what it's worth they made a very convincing case against him.
In the first trial, they were confident he would have been convicted had he not paid off the victims.
The reason they phographed his package for the trial: one of the boys discribed a unique birthmark on his penis...a description that turned out to be spot on.
The second time around, he didn't do it, the mom was just a gold digging ho.
He openly admits to sharing his bed with children. Whatever goes on between him and children isn't conventional as far as how normal interactions between children and adults go.
As for him being a father, who knows what kind of dad he was. But, he did dangle the baby from a balcony.
Regardless of what his father did to him, the media or whoever else, imo he didn't belong around children. Some screws were loose, for sure.

Some screws were definitely loose but his daughter gave a very convincing emotional farewell to her Dad at his eulogy. And it's easy for people to say "Well why did he pay the Chandler family off?" when what I want to know is why the family would accept that cash payment instead? I wouldn't put a price on my kids innocence. And if they were so convinced he was would have been put away, how come during the second accusation 10 years on he was being tried for some 7 accounts of child molestation and was found not guilty on all charges. No under the table payments there.
Remember, this is the West. A man or woman is supposed to be innocent until proven guilty but how that mentality has reversed in recent times. We live in a Democratic Society? No, we live in a Media Society, and what the media says, the stupid masses believe.
