Being an ex fatty 210 clinical obese now 180 15%BF I have these little pockets of fat just at the side of my chest..others dont really notice, but I am really are of them, doing heavy cardio 2 weekly tiring heavy 3 days weekly, I've gone as far to thinking if spot injecting GH.. seen the Dr its not Gyno any thought on how best to rid my self of this affliction (no sujestions involing a knife and vacuum cleaner, thanks)

snoop, have you seen the lipodisolve product...there is a big ole thread on similar problems you are experiencing and seems like ppl are having good results....go to search and type in belly fat and you'll see some posts include problem areas of the chest....hope this helps
