    sperm count

    Whats the most effective way to raise your total sperm count. ie: motility and quantity? Off for about 4 months now but was on for nearly 10 years straight. I am 43,5'11 240 8%. Know all about clomid and hcg but not so clear on doses. Thanks

    I was down to 100,000 with poor motility..

    took 50mg clomid x 45 and 200iu hcg for sat/sun for 1 month

    still only got back to 12,000,000

    stayed off the juice, and 3 months later

    64,000,000 yea baby.. it's sweet sweet baby making time..

    could you clairify. How much clomid daily or weekly and hcg . I have been taking 100mg daily clom but no hcg as of yet. and yea my coubnt was about the same.

    i did 50mg clomid for 6 weeks..

    i took 200iu of HCG saturday and 200iu sunday for 4 weeks..
