    Smile 32 and feeling fitter than ever

    hello everyone im 32 wei***ng about 225pounds body fat of about 20% training hard loving it started cycling again feeling good

    dude you should cut bf before you do your cycle

    He said he started cycling again so that means he knows what hes doing. And you don't need a lower body fat to do cycles, I talk to all the bouncers at my work and they all have high bf, they just do the cycles for the strength.

    I started with 20% and within 4 weeks dropped to 16% per calipers....on a bulking cycle at that!

    Maybe I'm newer here than you guys, but ive read a whole lotta posts, and people have told me to lower bf. I'm at 20% and everyone has told me to decrease bf before even thinking of a cycle. When you have big muscle and a lot of bf it doesn't even look right. You cant even see the muscles. You just look big and fat.

    no mate im 20% and dropping bf but gaining muscle mass ive gone from about 16,3stone and now just under 17 but at same time keeping trim just need work on my arms other than that show ggod improvement got a good diet going on as well

    Let me rephrase that. If I were to have big muscles and high BF I think I wouldnt look right.

    I was just pulling your leg bro. I know what you mean. First thing I thought of when I read that was the World Strongman Comps. Most of those guys just look fat...but hella strong!!! Just depends on what your goals are I guess.

    im hoping to compete next year in nabba for first time so bulking up at the moment but also keep fat levels down ill try to get some photos my strength is getting better just trouble with biceps
