    Low Sex Drive, WTF?

Hey guys, I'm not on any gear and i've been working out for years. I'm 34 and about 3 weeks ago i switched my workout routine to high rep to failure body weight exercises, wearing a 20 lb vest. I'm doing pullups, pushups, crunches, squats, toe raises and static wall squats. I'm knocking out hundreds of reps per session every day. My diet consists of lean meats, raw veggies, with little fats. I supplement with ZMA as well as other vitamins. My sex drive the last 2 weeks or so has been 0. I don't even get the mornin wood like usual. I'm 6'2'' and 195 lbs and in great shape. WTF's goin on with me? I was fine when i used to lift iron for low reps. Is there a correlation between high reps and low test? Or has my natural test dropped because of age? Any thoughts?

Check your volume of weightlifting.Overtraining occurs because of overvolume or too many reps and sets. Hormons will disturbed when you overtrained, also the hormon to regulate sex drive especially for old man that produce lower natural testosteron. Adjust your training for your age and diet.

Naturally, 8 rep will raise testosteron to maximum and 10 rep for Growth hormon.
High intensity interval training also will increase GH.
