I'm 42 5'10" 205 and i've noticed my right shoulder is slightly smaller than my left esp front delt. I am right handed and my work is fairly physical (ceramic tiler). I do shoulders and tri's monday ,chest and bi's tues, legs wed , back on fri and have also been doing right shoulder wkout to try to catch up. then I have the weekend off.Do you think this is advisable or is it too much and is there a better way.
