My Blood Test
my doctor had me schedule an ultrasound to check my kidneys, he didn't like the test results, not sure what’s that about but will find out when i do a follow-up. but if you guys can look at my test and other muscle building hormone levels it would be much appreciated.
sorry i don't have a scanner at home, but i took photos of the test report, little blurry but read-able.

The main thing I see is the creatinine level is elevated . If you workout really hard this can be due to flushing of toxins that come from the breakdown of muscle tissue. Mine was way higher than that. And my kidney specialist didnt blink an eye because of the amount of muscle I carried and the grueling workouts I put myself through.
Your LDL's are low. This could be due to your diet, AAS use . Beyond that I do not know. Also with age it can be hereditary . And just take much more effort on your part to keep that cholesterol number where it should be.
Brother I hope this was helpful. There was 1 other kidney function that I dont know about that was below normal I hope you get an answer on that.
Good luck
CHAP

thanks Chap, yes i do workout hard. i am a little surprised about my cholesterol though since I’ve been on a low fat diet and one hour cardio, 50g Fat, 150-200g carbs and 300g of protein. but you are probably right about the possibility of the cholesterol being hereditary, i know my dad has it but not very high. again, thanks for the feed-back.

I take it that you fasted before your test? I just had blood work done, fasted for 10 hours,my cholesterol 140,tri 34,hdl 36,bun 30,wtf,he gave no recommendations to me when he mailed results,so maybe bun from protein intake,my diet macros are close to yours but i dropped my carbs to 100-125 per day about 2-3 weeks before test, btw will be 44 in about a month.

Try to not workout 5-7 days before the next blood work. Gives the body time to flush toxins and recover to get everything more accurate

I will try that next time, within 7 days before test i had 4 workouts.

I did this after a h-drol(150mg/day)& SD(40 mg a day) and everything came back fine.
All my other blood works would have numbers wrong so Id tried this because I read it somewhere

good idea, i will request another test and fast one week before the test.
Yes J4ever41, i did fast from 6:00 pm the night before, and the test was done at 10:00am the next day. i also been drinking water like crazy, maybe 10 16oz. bottles a day, friend of mine said that this could be part of the problem.
BTW, i did workout the night before the test, i workout 6 days a week and do cardio 7 days a week, i know i am over working, i guess i am impatient and want to lose fat as fast as possible. but i will change that and get more rest.

Everyone is mentioning LDL's being low. It his HDL's that are a bit low. Who cares if LDL is low that is a good thing.
