    Natty to Not

    Hi guys and gals, this bit more of an intro than 'what do i do...' that will be later...

    43' 96kg at 6ft, been lifting since my teens and all is going well, but last year found it harder than ever to increase my max's. In the end just cruised through and decided that there must be another way.

    So, going to be asking loads, looking at more, and will fill you all in on how i do. Looking to start a cycle in Jan after the festive bit,great to see so many positives from posts on here and just fires me up for what will be a big 2011.

    You might be able to get on HRT ... Have you thought about going that route?
